You can make eggnog filling out of Bavarian creme by adding the following ingredients to 10 lbs of Bavarian:
- 1.75 ounces of rum flavor
- .75 ounce of nutmeg
This filling can be used in traditional doughnuts as well as holiday themed shapes, such as a Christmas tree.
For an additional touch, ice the doughnut with white icing that includes nutmeg.
